Personal Profile
Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.
As a psychologist and lover of all things data, I am drawn to personality profiles.
They give us data on what we're good at and not so good at,
how we communicate and show appreciation,
how we handle conflict and approach problems,
-- they help us understand how we tick --
So it may come as no surprise that I have completed many many personality profiles,
and while the label changes from measure to measure,
the results are overwhelmingly consistent:
I like to solve problems...and I am good at it.

Type 3 Achievers are the Success-Oriented, Pragmatic type. Threes really can and do achieve great things in the world. They are the "stars" of human nature, and people often look up to them because of their graciousness and personal accomplishments. Threes know how good it feels to develop themselves and contribute their abilities to the world, and also enjoy motivating others to great personal achievements than others thought they were capable of.
